Åke Jean Hedberg

Åke Jean Hedberg (born 1936) is an author who mainly writes about philosophy, particle physics and cosmology.
He debuted with the book Universe without Big Bang & Atoms without Quarks (2014). He graduated as a chemical engineer in Stockholm in 1962 and then worked as a teacher of chemistry, physics and mathematics in elementary schools, high schools and folk high schools.
For the last 20 years before retirement, he worked at Norsk Hydro, as a chemical engineer and industrial mechanic.
A few years before and after retirement, he studied quark physics, history of ideas, astronomy and philosophy at Stockholm University.He sometimes considers himself a natural philosopher and cosmographer.
