After 15 years as a Project Manager, Henrik transitioned into the role of Scrum Master during his company's shift to an Agile way of working. While letting go of his long-held Project Manager role was challenging, he quickly discovered a new passion in his role as Scrum Master. Within just a few months after the transformation, he was impressed by how much more effective and collaborative the team became in the Agile setup. The most significant takeaway for Henrik was seeing how much happier and more motivated the developers were and how team spirit improved.

Over the past 10 years, Henrik has worked as a Scrum Master across a variety of organizations, helping teams adopt Agile principles and progress in their team maturity. In addition to his hands-on experience, he has taught Agile practices and coached Scrum Masters in their roles. Henrik has also served as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the SAFe framework, further expanding his ability to support large-scale Agile setups.
