Resonance Code is a thought-provoking exploration of human interaction through the lens of frequency, energy, and emotional alignment. Built around the original Band Model and expanded into the Orchestra Model, the book presents a new way of understanding how people connect, clash, and synchronize in everyday life.

At its core, the book argues that emotions behave like frequencies they can amplify, disturb, or harmonize with others, shaping the invisible atmosphere of any social space. Through this framework, readers learn how individuals unconsciously take on roles such as stabilizers, disruptors, leaders, or observers and how these roles influence group dynamics.

The book moves beyond traditional psychology by introducing a deeper philosophical perspective frequency is not the traveler, but the instrument. Energy becomes the movement between states, while the soul is described as the force that rises, falls, and shifts through different levels of awareness and presence. This subtle spiritual dimension is woven into the narrative without forcing belief, instead offering readers a powerful way to reflect on consciousness, collective presence, and the nature of human connection.

Drawing from real life observation and extreme human conditions including years spent in prison and extended isolationbthe author provides a rare and authentic perspective on how human resonance becomes clearer when life is stripped down to its rawest form. The book includes vivid examples from social environments such as weddings and funerals, where multiple emotional frequencies coexist and shape the collective atmosphere.

Ultimately, The Resonance Code is both a philosophy and a practical guide. It challenges readers to tune themselves, read the emotional field of a room, and understand that true balance is not control but alignment. It is a book about moving from chaos to harmony, and learning how to participate consciously in the invisible music that connects us all. in prison and extended isolation the author provides a rare and authentic perspective on how human resonance becomes clearer when life is stripped down to its rawest form.

About the Author
Geir Undli is the creator of Human Resonance and the resonance code, a conceptual framework and philosophy exploring how people connect, clash, and align through different layers of communication and presence. His work is rooted not only in theory, but in lived experience gained under extreme human conditions.
He spent 15 years in prison, including extended periods in isolation, as well as time within psychiatric institutions. In environments where freedom, identity, and human contact are often reduced to their rawest forms, Geir began to observe something deeper than behavior: patterns of energy, emotional atmosphere, unspoken social dynamics, and the invisible forces that shape interaction.
Rather than being broken by isolation, he turned it into a form of study.
Out of these years emerged Human Resonance, a model that views human interaction as a spectrum of frequenciessimilar to instruments in a band. In this philosophy, physical presence, emotional tone, mental exchange, social layers, and deeper soulful expression all function as distinct bands of connection, each influencing the harmony or dissonance between people.
At the heart of Human Resonance lies one central idea: resonance is real, and human connection is not random it follows structure, rhythm, and frequency.
Today, Geir writes to give language to what many people feel but cannot explain
