INGRID ILLIA HAUGERUD does not follow any religion or tradition, but since she was a child she has had contact with other realities and dimensions.
In 1988, she started her education at Axelson‘s Gymnastics Institute. She chose „Body Harmony“ which suits her abilities perfectly.
In 1990, she started the „Rainbow Alternative Center“ in Sarpsborg together with Hilde Helgedatter Hermansen.
After several years of illness, which the masters in the book told her she would get through, she started channeling wisdom from the great masters in 2018. This resulted in this book and more to come.
