With a diverse background in international banking, economic development, financial inclusion research, social entrepreneurship, and education-focused social impact work, Hong has worked across Asia and Europe. She has conducted fieldwork with migrant communities across Vietnam, and her work blends rigorous research with human-centered insights into the financial lives of migrant families.
