In this intimate and evocative collection, Glenis Moore captures the quiet weight of memory, friendship, and aging. From long-lost loves to shared coffee and worn-out towels, For Paula and Rum Babas finds meaning in life's overlooked corners. With warmth and wry clarity, Moore invites us to cherish what lingers--and mourn what slips away.
Glenis Moore has been writing since the first UK Covid lockdown and does her writing at night as she suffers from severe insomnia. When she is not writing she makes beaded jewellery, reads, cycles and sometimes runs 10K races slowly. She lives, with her long-suffering partner and three cats, just outside Cambridge in the flat expanse of the Fens, UK.
