With experience from a fast-paced life with leading roles in, among others, collaborations for shipping at sea, insurance and online gaming Helén knows first hand how yoga and ayurveda can change your life. For a long time she kept up the phase until both her body and heart started to whisper something else. It was in yoga, stillness and ayurveda that she found her path back to balance, presence and a deeper understanding of herself and others.
What first was just a workout method became a a life tool. Today Helen is a certified E-RYT500 yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health advisor with specialization in ISHTA yoga (integrated science of hatha, tantra and ayurveda), yin and meditation. She is also part of ISHTA's international yoga teacher group who, among other things, trains other teachers.
The teachings are not about becoming someone else but about remembering, and be, who you already are - in balance, with energy and with joy.
